Tonb Smart Robotic Fleet Management System

With the development of connected systems and Industry 4.0, the use of robots and their interaction with the surrounding environment has grown significantly. Therefore, the development of control systems to optimally employ robots in an environment and manage their communication with each other is essential. The Tonb Smart Robotic Fleet Management System is capable of fully automating the control and management of a collection of autonomous robots (especially the TBOT series). This system can receive and process tasks manually (or by connecting to other systems via API). After processing, tasks are assigned to the most suitable robot based on priority, robot capability, proximity to the load, battery charge, and other factors.

In addition to communication with the robotic fleet and task management, this system also connects to other IoT-enabled devices (such as doors, conveyors, etc.) and coordinates the execution of tasks by the robots with these devices. By collecting data from the robots while they move in the environment and processing it, the system optimizes the robots’ paths to complete more tasks with minimal traversal. At the same time, it distributes the movement of robots in the environment to prevent any traffic or blockage.
